9:30 a.m.- Nathan Zoe Sisco, 29, Buckingham, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 12:20 p.m. on surety bond.

11:30 a.m.- Francisco Gomez Tino, 32, Toledo, arrested at UnityPoint Hospital, Marshalltown, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, no valid driver’s license and false identification of law enforcement / public safety by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 5 7:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:08 a.m.- Barth Edward Walter, 49, Chelsea, arrested in the 300 block of Station Street, Chelsea, on charges of violation no contact order – contempt, possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense and a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:10 p.m.- Derek Matthew Curley, 31, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Feb. 7

7:55 a.m.- Louredes Yamilet Mitchell, 48, Dysart, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of 3rd degree theft and 5th degree theft by Dysart Police and on two warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Feb. 9 at 12:48 a.m. on surety bond.

1:45 p.m.- John David Henderson, 36, rural Montour, arrested in LeGrand on a charge of 3rd degree theft by Toledo Police.

7:42 p.m.- Cuahutemoc Talavera Baltazar, 49, Waterloo, arrested ta Iowa Highway 96 and Tama County Road T47 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving,vehicle insurance violation, no driver’s license and failure to carry registration card by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Feb. 9

12:31 a.m.- Felipe Montes Jr., 18, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1900 block of Business Highway 30 on a charge of possession of controlled substance by Toledo Police. Released at 12:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:44 a.m.- Marlon Derrell Harris Sr., 56, LaPorte City, arrested at 360th Street and G Avenue, rural Tama, on chagres of 3rd offense drunken driving and possession of contraband in a correctional facility by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9 a.m.- Douglas Edward Cadotte, 45, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
