2:03 p.m.- Juan Mauricio Lux-Castro, 20, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West State street on charges of interference with official acts and false application for license . identification card by Toledo Police. Transferred on Feb. 4 at 12:50 p.m.
4:36 p.m.- Juan Lux Quishan, 25, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main on a charge of harassment of a pubic official / employee by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 4 at 12:50 p.m. on unsecured bond.
Feb. 3
1:12 a.m.- Seth Koltes Daniel, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of state street on warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation and a charge of failure to use headlights when required by Tama Police.
10:10 a.m.- Terrie Lynn Smetek, 57, Traer, arrested in the 400 block of 1st Street, Traer, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 4 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Feb. 4
2:25 a.m.- John Frances Blanchard, 56, Ames, arrested at Business Highway 30 at 305th Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving with expired license, no valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police. Released ta 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9:30 a.m.- Nathan Zoe Sisco, 29, Buckingham, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 12:20 p.m. on surety bon.
11:30 a.m.- Francisco Gomez Tino, 32m, Toledo, arrested at UnityPoint Hospital, Marshalltown, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, no valid driver’s license and false identification of law enforcement / public safety officer by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 5 7:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
