12:55 p.m.- Barth Edward Walter, 49, Chelsea, arrested in the 300 block of Station Street, Chelsea, on a charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 24 at noon on personal recognizance bond.

9:53 p.m.- Chad Jakob Mueller, 49, Bismarck, Ark., arrested at West 13th and Siegel streets, Tama, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 24 at 12:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:10 a.m.- Eric Ramon Lasley, 43, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 2nd degree criminal mischief and 2nd degree harassment by Tama Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:25 a.m.- Andre Martin Lynn, 26, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Released at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:48 a.m.- Nathan Wayne Cuellar, 36, Whitten, Iowa, arrested at Business Highway 30 West at South Prospect Drive on charges of driving while barred and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police.

7:59 a.m.- Dale Ravis Holliday, 47, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Transferred at 10:27 a.m.

Jan. 26

2:34 a.m.- Phoebe Blanche Kapayou, 24, rural Tama, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:35 a.m.- Joshua Robert Kinnaman, 36, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of East 7th Street on a charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released at 4:51 p.m. on a promise to appear.

2:10 p.m.- David Scott Cunnare, 38, Kansas City, Mo., arrested at the Clay County Jail, Spencer, Iowa, on a warrant for failure to appear and for violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:42 p.m.- Scott Charles Maurtzen, 46, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Siegel Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 28 at 11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:57 p.m.- Stephanie Lynn Friedstad, 33, Traer, arrested in the 900 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 27 at 9:37 a.m. on unsecured bond.
