Jan. 16

11:01 a.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 26, Montour, arrested in 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 17

4:42 a.m.- Austin Joseph-Cook Brown, 21, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 at P Avenue on charges of controlled substance violation and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:38 p.m.- Jessica Anita Perez, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 24 at 10:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:34 p.m.- John Mitchell Stephens, 38, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of East 5th Street on a charge of domestic assault – impeding air / blood flow by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 18 at 2:50 p.m. on surety bond.

Jan. 18

6:15 a.m.- Hunter Duane Schaper, 22, Marshalltown, arrested on U.S. Highway 30 Expressway at C Avenue, rural Montour, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:35 p.m.- Carl Arthur Linden Jr., 57, Conrad, arrested at the Greyhound Park, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 24 at 9:40 a.m.

3:35 p.m.- Justin Frederick Chandonia, 33, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 West on two charges of driving while barred and n a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 22 at 3:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Jan. 20

1:12 a.m.- Santos Perez-Lopez, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by Toledo Police. Released at 5:03 p.m. on surety bond.

5 a.m.- Crystal Lynn Perez, 35, Garwin, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of unlawful possession of a prescription drug by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

8:47 a.m.- Chelsea Anna Kerr, 28, Laurel, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 West on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.
