10 a.m.- Troy Matthew Beckman, 41, addresses listed as homeless and Oskaloosa, arrested at the Mahaska County Jail, Oskaloosa, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 14

3:30 p.m.- Herman Robert Rauch, 41, Gilman, cited by court on charges of possession of controlled substance in premises / vehicle / dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Juvenile arrested in the 200 block of West High Street on a charge of 4th degree theft by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

7:45 a.m.- Charles Ellias Robbins, 60, Marion, arrested at the Jones County Jail, Anamosa, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 24 at 11:15 a.m.

7:40 p.m.- LeRoy Thomas Paul Hayes III, 31, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of probation.

8:15 p.m.- Vickie Lynn Huffman, 36, Clutier, arrested in the 300 block of 3rd Street, Clutier, on a charge of domestic assault with bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan 16 at 9:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Jan. 16

3:40 a.m.- Quinten Duran Nelson, 28, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Quail Road, rural Tama, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred at 2:48 p.m.

11:01 a.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 26, Montour, arrested in 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:42 a.m.- Michelle Lynn Lurvey, 37, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 1200 block of East 5th Street on a charge of unauthorized use of a credit card in an amount of less than $1,000 by Tama Police. Released at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:42 a.m.- Gerrod Ray Lurvey, 31, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of East 5th Street on charges of unauthorized use of a credit card in an amount of less than $1,000 and 5th degree theft by Tama Police. Released at 11:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Feb. 14

4:28 a.m.- Aiden Hunter Kapayou, 23, rural Tama, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 16 at 11:35 p.m. on surety bond.

10:07 a.m.- Lauren Marie Chapman, 22, Iowa City, arrested in the 100 block of West High , Toledo, on a charge of contempt – detain court witness. Released at 4:35 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:56 a.m.- Ryan Lee Stubbs 36, Marshalltown, arrested at LeGrand on charges of forgery identify theft and two warrants by Tama Police and forgery, and aggravated theft 1st degree theft by Toledo Police.

Feb. 15

8:40 a.m.- Ryan Lee Stubbs, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, on five counts of forgery and one charge of 3rd degree theft by Toledo Police.

12:40 p.m.- Judd roland Mitchell, 46, Dysart. arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of parole / probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:13 p.m.- Willie Larence McCall Jr., 60, rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of driving while barred by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. released on Feb. 16 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:20 p.m.- Zachariah Lewis Dostal, 34, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 West p.m. two warrants for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 16 at 1:20 p.m. on surety bond.

3:47 p.m.- Cipriano Ramos-Nunez, 39, Tama, arrested at 13th and Harding on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driving without a license by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Feb. 21 at 4:25 p.m.
