2:05 p.m.- Brienne Laree Joy, 38, rural Tama, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of violation conditions of pre-trial release and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
8 p.m.- Antonia LeAnn Hernandez, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of domestic abuse assault with bodily injury and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 10 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Jan. 10
6:45 a.m.- Robin Douglas Murphy, 54, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1400 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Juvenile arrested in the 1700 block of Harding, Tama , on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.
8:47 p.m.- Drew Alan Mathes, 34, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West Summit Street on two warrants for violation of terms of probation and a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.

8:27 a.m.- Kathryn Marie Perry, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
