3:36 p.m.- Romeo Piere Lewis, 21, Des Moines, arrested in the 1900 block of Business Highway 30 on charges of possession of a controlled substance, 1st offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, vehicle insurance violation, no valid driver’s license, reckless driving and speeding by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 9 at 5:40 p.m. on surety bond.

Jan. 3

Michael Lee Bradley, 49, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of West High St., Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact order- contempt by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:30 p.m.- Adam James Utterback, 37, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:09 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Jan. 4

10:50 p.m.- Stacy Leigh Rook, 48, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Des Moines,. on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 5 at 1:03 p.m. on surety bond.

11:15 p.m.- Steven James Buchanan Jr., 49, arrested on South Broadway on a charge of 3rd degree sexual abuse by Toledo Police.

Jan. 5

10:47 p.m.- Jordan Michael Cornwall, 19, Independence, arrested in the 2700 block of 245th Street, rural Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Jan. 6 at 12:25 a.m.

Jan. 7

12:01 a.m.- Cambridge Alan Skala, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of Grandview Drive on a charge of 3rd degree burglary and public intoxication by Toledo Police.

10:42 p.m.- Tammera Kay Rizzio, 58, Brooklyn, arrested in the 1600 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, eluding, possession of a controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense unlawful possession pf prescription drug and 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 8 at 10:50 a.m.

Jan. 9

8:56 a.m.- Cambridge Alan Skala, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
