10:27 p.m.- Twyla Roxanne Kapayou, 30, rural Tama, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on four warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 10.

3:49 a.m.- Miguel Alejandro Garcia-Garcia, 24, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on two charges of possession of controlled substance. Released on Dec. 31 at 2:43 p.m. on order of the court.

9:42 a.m.- LeRoy Thomas Paul Hayes III, arrested in the 100 block of North Main on charge of assault causing bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:05 p.m.- Joshua Thomas Todd, 31, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Harmon Street on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:11 p.m.- Alexah Marva Mauskemo, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

2:37 p.m.- Abdi Warsame Egal, 57, Toledo, arrested in the 1100 block of South Prospect Drive, Toledo, on a charge of assault – display of a dangerous weapon by Tama Police. Released at 8:37 p.m. on surety bond.

4:08 p.m.- Daylon Edward Scott Speicher, 27, Montour, arrested in the 1900 block of Highway 30, Montour, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:19 p.m. after posting cash bond.

2:41 p.m.- Desse Autumn Davenport, 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of circle ridge Drive, rural Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.

3:24 p.m.- Trevor Ray Bingham, 22, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of East Lincoln Highway, Montour, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. transferred at 6:50 p.m.

Andrew Martin Lynn, 26, Garwin, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 at N Avenue, rural Traer, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, vehicle insurance violation and vehicle registration violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 1 at 12:42 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:40 p.m.- Jessica Rae Stanton, 45, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing, violation of a no contact / protective order, and three warrants for violation of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 1 at 1:52 p.m. on order of the court.

11:33 p.m.- Francisco Pizano-Vallejo, 35, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Siegel, on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. released on Jan. 1 at 1:25 p.m. after pleading guilty.
