Dec. 22

2:33 a.m.- Ryan Jannae Roberts, rural Montour, arrested at South County Road and West High streets on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released at 10:40 a.m. on a promise to appear.

8:40 a.m.- Michael Eugene Field, 49, Des Moines, arrested at N Avenue and 340th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County sheriff’s Office.

11:22 a.m.- Cody Jasper Rinnels, 27, Remsen, Iowa, arrested at the Hardin County Jail, Eldora, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 23

1:31 p.m.- Davis Allen Buhrman, 19, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East Carleton on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred at 3:25 p.m.

Dec. 24

10:20 a.m.- Nathan Lewis Purk, 20, Toledo, arrested in the 3400 block of West 9th Street, Waterloo, on a charge of unauthorized possession of offense weapons by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:35 p.m.- Bradley Richard Grimes, 48, rural Tama, arrested in the 3200 block of L Avenue, rural Tama, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 10:05 p.m.

1:41 p.m.- Shannon Lee Grimes, 46, rural Tama, arrested in the 3200 block of L Avenue, rural Tama, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 25 at 9:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:43 p.m.- Brian Dean Davis, 48, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of parole / probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:30 p.m.- Carolyn Sue Welch, 67, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South County Road on charges of 5th degree fraudulent practice and 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released at 6:47 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Dec. 25

1:50 p.m.- Gary Dean Wheeler Jr., 28, Vinton, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:13 p.m.- Jason Michael Zimmerman, 43, Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
