Nov. 18

12:33 p.m.- Nathaniel Ray Deal, 39, Sioux City, arrested at West 11th and Siegel streets on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police. Transferred on Nov. 20 at 12:19 p.m.

2:28 p.m.- LeRoy Willie Alex Ladd, 32, Tama, arrested at West 13th and Siegel streets on charges of driving while under suspension, vehicle insurance violation and operation of non-registered vehicle by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 19 at 9:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

6:30 p.m.- Barbara Ann Stewart, 51, homeless, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 20 at 11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:29 p.m.- LeRoy Thomas Paul Hayes, 31, Oelwein, Iowa, arrested at 160th Street and K Avenue, Traer, on charges of driving while barred, failure to maintain control of vehicle and 2nd degree arson by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 20

11:35 a.m.- Nathan Zoe Sisco, 29, Buckingham, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:05 p.m.- Bradley Allen Moeller, 26, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of East 13th Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 5 at 4:10 p.m. on surety bond.

11:17 p.m.- Brienne Laree Joy,38, rural Tama, arrested at West 7th and Siegel streets on a charge of driving while license suspended by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 21 at 12:15 a.m. after posting cash bon.d

Nov. 21

12:05 a.m.- Bryce Hayes Neave, 20, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 west on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:20 a.m.- Justin Daniel Brekke, 42, Marshalltown, arrested on County Attorney trial information charges of 3rd degree burglary and stalking-protective order violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7 a.m.- Jessica Hazel Burroughs, 239, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:45 p.m.- Dane Allyn Hagemeier, 29, Waterloo, arrested ta the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:09 p.m.- Kassi Rae Akeens, 39, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of South County Road on charges of driving while license suspended, vehicle insurance violation and providing false identification to law enforcement by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 23 at 2:13 p.m. after posting cash bond.
