2:52 p.m.- Desse Autumn Davenport, 40, rural Tama, arrested at 14th and Grant streets on charges of driving under suspension, vehicle insurance violation and operation of a non-registered vehicle by Tama Police. Released at 4:05 p.m. after posting cash bon.d

5:03 p.m.- Larry Kenneth Plum, 60, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and driving under suspension by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 3 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Nov. 3

12:48 a.m.- James Henry Garske, 60, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on a charge public intoxication by Toledo Police. Release at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:57 a.m.- Stacy Duran Youngbear, 26, rural Tama, arrested at 13th and Harding streets on charges of possession of controlled substance, operating a non-registered vehicle and vehicle insurance violation by Tama Police. Released 10:42 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:15 p.m.- Andrew Lloyd Jefferson, 35, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Summit Street on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving under suspension and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Nov. 4 at 11:22 a.m.

3:45 p.m.- Torin Lee Ward, 31, rural Tama, arrested at South Broadway and South Church Street on a charge interference with official acts and a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 5 at 11:14 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Nov. 4

1:56 a.m.- Martin Hernandez, 28, rural Tama, arrested in the 1400 block of Highway 30, Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, registration violation and driving without a license by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 6:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:29 a.m.- Jose Julian Ovides-Sanchez, 32, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 2800 block of Tama County Road E66, rural Chelsea, on a charged of domestic abuse assault with intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:52 a.m.- David Scott Cunnare, 37, Des Moines, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
