11:20 a.m.- Nicole Rae Koenigs, 35, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of North Center Street Garwin on a charge of violation of a no contact order- contempt by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 p.m.- Gustavo A. Diaz Jr., 26, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 30

3:41 a.m.- April Lynn McIntire, 37, Vinton, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of assault on a peace officer / or others in certain occupations, disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 9:53 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:15 a.m.- Curtis Joseph Aldridge, 36, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street, Toledo, on a charge of criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 31 at 11 a.m. after serving time.

5:15 p.m.- Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 24, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main Street on two warrants for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 1 at 1:37 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Oct. 31

8:15 a.m.- Christian Seth Styles, 39, Ft. Dodge, arrested at the Ft. Dodge Correctional Facility on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Shipped out on Nov. 1 at 1:15 p.m.

Nov. 1

2:42 p.m.- Grant Dmitry Hill, 22, Williamsburg, arrested in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police.

3:36 p.m.- Cameron Micheal Presgrove, 18, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of West 2nd Avenue on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police.

10:23 p.m.- Emily Christine Swachhammer, 23, Cedar Falls, arrested in the 700 block of Mill Street, Traer, on a charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Nov. 2 at 11:05 a..m.

Nov. 2

8:19 a.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 46, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:58 p.m.- Ellis Jessup Lasley, 18, Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, of a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

11:38 a.m.- Brodie Lee Clark, 22, Tama, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on three warrants for violation of terms of probation and two counts of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
