2:49 p.m.- Jamie Sean Maxwell, 47, homeless, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on a charge of false identification of a law enforcement / public service officer by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 25 at 10:23 a.m. on a reason listed as other.

4:22 p.m.- Calvin Ray Woosley, 71, Beaman, arrested in the 200 block of West 2nd street, Toledo, on charges of driving while license suspended, vehicle insurance violation and operation of a non-registered vehicle by Tama Police.

5:19 p.m.- Nicole Rae Koenigs, 35, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of Center street, Garwin, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 25

2:15 a.m.- Billie Lee Nichols Hanson, 22, Toledo arrested in the 200 block of South Broadway on a charge of 3d degree burglary by Toledo Police.

6:25 a.m. Justin Daniel Brekke, 42, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of Center Street, Garwin, on a charge of violation of a no contact protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Nov. 1 at 10:14 a.m.

7 a.m.- Nathan Wayne Cuellar, 36, Whitten, Iowa, arrested ay the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Release on Nov. 1 at 1:56 p.m. after serving time.

8:40 a.m.- Madison Diane Kidd, 20, Stratford, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:05 p.m. on surety bond.

8:46 a.m.- Austin Lee Kriegel, 21, Toledo, arrested on the 100 block of North Main, Toledo on a warrant for violation of probation.

8:56 a.m.- Charles Linn Poafybitty, 44, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on a charge of violation of parole / probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transfered on Oct. 26 at 2:55 p.m.

3:15 p.m.- Brandon Albert Thompson, 19, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of McClellan on charges of obstructing prosecution or defense two counts of 3rd degree burglary by Tama Police.

4:15 p.m.- Brandon Albert Thompson, 19, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of McClellan on a charge of 3rd degree burglary by Toledo Police.

4:48 p.m.- Billie Lee Nichols Hanson, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of South Broadway, Toledo, on two charges of 3rd degree burglary and a charge of obstructing prosecution or defense two counts by Tama Police.

5:19 p.m.- – Billie Lee Nichols Hanson, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of South Broadway, Toledo, on an additional charge of 3rd degree burglary by Tama Police.

7:28 p.m.- Christopher Steven Davis Sr., 37, Traer, arrested in the 400 block of East 13th Street on six counts of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Tama Police.
