Oct. 4

2:12 a.m.- Luis Manuel Galvez Chavarria, 24, Tama, arrested in the 900 block of Siegel Street on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and invasion of privacy by Tama Police. Released at 8:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.

10:18 a.m.- Quincy Ray Lasley, 31, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on a charge of contempt-insolence behavior by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:29 p.m.- Elizabeth Andrade, 32, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 9 at 12:08 p.m. after serving time.

Oct. 5

3:10 a.m.- Luis Felipe Ordaz-Ochoa, 24, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on charges of criminal trespassing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:49 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:06 a.m.- Darin Curtis Stark, 35, Belle Plaine, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred at 12:54 p.m

9:06 a.m.- Jason Allen Stringer, 39, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 6 at 11:42 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:15 p.m.- Gary Dean Wheeler Jr., 28, Vinton, arrested in the 100 block of B Street, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
