2:11 a.m.- Kendra Christine Savage, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at the Tama County Jail, Toledo, on a charge of unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000 and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:57 p.m.- Wilson David, 54, Des Moines, arrested at South County Road at West Marshall Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 1 at 12:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 2

3:16 p.m.- Justin Daniel Brekke, 42, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of Center Street, Garwin, on charges of domestic abuse assault- bodily injury and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 3 at 9:30 a.m.

8:09 p.m.- Humberto Herrera, 39, Toledo, arrested at the Stone Park Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 3

9:22 a.m.- Jonathan Michael Hansen, 24, Dysart, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and on a charge of 5th degree theft by Dysart Police. Released ta 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:40 a.m.- Justin Daniel Brekke, 42, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of West Main, Garwin, on a charge of contempt- violation of a no contact order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
