Sept. 21

3:56 a.m.- James Dayan Papakee, 19, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol under the legal age by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 22 at 10:04 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:56 a.m.- Cella Jayne Roberts, 19, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol under the legal age by Toledo Police. Released at 2:52 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Frances Nadine Butler, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of alcohol under the legal age by Toledo Police. Released at 1:05 p.m. on a promise to appear.

10:33 a.m.- Chad Eric Swartzendruber, 44, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of South Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released at 12:01 p.m. on a promise to appear.

Sept. 22

5:17 p.m.- Bizmana Filbert, 25, Toledo, arrested at Business Highway 30 at Oakland Drive, Tama, on charges of driving under suspension and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 22 at 10:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

5:17 p.m.- Simeon Niyonkuru, 28, Cedar Rapids, arrested at Business Highway 30 at Oakland Drive, Tama, on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred on Sept. 23 at 2:10 p.m.

10:04 p.m.- Clinton James Edwards, 30, Garwin, arrested in the 300 block of Clark Street, Garwin, on two counts of domestic abuse assault with injury and a charge of domestic abuse assault- choking, bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 23

11:59 a.m.- Shram Laverne Morgan, 57, Tama, arrested at South County Road and West Summit Street on a charge of driving under suspension by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 24 at 10:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

5:25 p.m.- Jonathan Alexander Slas, 22, Wheeling, Ill. arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of reckless driving and speeding by Toledo Police. Released at 6:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Sept. 24

7 a.m.- Vily Hernandez-Valdez, 37, Toledo, arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a charge of contempt- disobey Tribunal Court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.
