The Haunted Hayride Around Cherry Lake, sponsored by the City of Tama, will be on Saturday night, Oct. 27, beginning at 7 p.m. The ever-popular event leading uo to Halloween has promises from some of the past creatures returning as well as some new surprises.

For kids ages 0-12, the Tama-Toledo Area Chamber of Commece Trick or Treat Trail will be from 5-6:30 p.m. in the Tama Fire Station, 305 Siegel.

The Liviving Faith United Methodist Church will serve a chili supper with a free-will donation beginning at 5 p.m. in the Auditorium at the Tama Civic Center.
