Sept. 19
10:15 a.m.- Craig Deon Chaseinwinter, 41, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police.
1:32 p.m.- Blaine Hop Collum, 39, Gladbrook, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, rural Tama, on a charge of 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 20 at 11:06 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
5:40 p.m.- Cheyenne Adrian Tyon, 44, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of criminal trespassing by Toledo Police. Released Nov. 20 at 11:18 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Sept. 20
12:58 a.m.- Miranda Marie Brewer, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 30 West on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 11:18 a.m. on a promise to appear.
9:25 a.m.- Deven Ray Spinks, 28, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of south Broadway, Toledo, on a charge of escape from custody- felon and four warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10 a.m.- Theresa Lin Evans, 49, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block o West High Street on a charge of driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released at 11:20 a.m. on surety bond.
Sept. 21
2:59 a.m.- Rocky Dean Trujillo, 18, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of disorderly conduct, alcohol consumption in a public place, possession alcohol under legal age and two counts of 5th degree criminal mischief by Toledo Police. Released at 3:17 p.m. after pleading guilty
