9:45 a.m.- Matthew Ryan Miller, 34, Shellsburg, Iowa, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of violation of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 8

10:31 a.m.- Terrance Christopher Two Two, 33, Portland, Ore., arrested in the 1600 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

4:35 p.m.- Lauresa Cerise Squire, 22, rural Tama, arrested at 5th and State streets on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, eluding, driving under suspension and on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

4:35 p.m.- Donald Wellington Wanatee Jr., 36, rural Tama, arrested at 5th and State streets on charges of assault causing injury to police officer, obstruct prosecution or defense, possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd offense public intoxication and a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.

Sept. 10

4:04 a.m.- Leigha Irene Welch, 26, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East Harrison Street on a charge of possession of marijuana – 2nd offense by Toledo Police.

9:15 a.m.- Jonathan Thomas Cowles, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East Harrison Street on possession of a controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense and unlawful possession of prescription drug by Toledo Police.

9:53 a.m.- Phillip Tarrell Davis, 28, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 11

6:10 a.m.- Angela Todd Davis, 38, Traer, arrested in LeGrand on a charge of violation of a no contact order – contempt and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
