Sept. 3

8:15 p.m.- Mason Lee Tubby, 32, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1400 block of Highway 30, Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Shipped out on Sept. 5 at 7:55 p.m.

Sept. 4

6:12 a.m.- Jason dwight Drew, 35, Gladbrook, arrested in the 200 block of 1st Street, Gladbrook, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation.

2:15 p.m.- Oliver Maheshe Balagizi, 41. Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 3300 block of l Avenue on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Sept. 5

9:25 a.m.- Jermaine Claude Spencer, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:15 p.m.- Joseph Jeffery Chapman, 36, Haverhill, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 6

2:06 a.m.- Felisha Ruby Kapayou, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of Harding street, Tama, on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 7 at 5:55 p.m. after serving time.

9:46 a.m.- Marsha Lea Buffalo, 67, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 6 at 11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:30 a.m.- Michael Joseph Vogel, 25, Tiffin, Iowa, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Sept 7 at 12:25 p.m.

1:10 p.m.- Miguel Angel Navarro, 30 Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:05 p.m. on surety bond.

4:45 p.m.- Charles Paul Harvath, 61, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000 and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released at 9:25 p.m. on surety bond.
