11:30 a.m.- Anthony Kapayou, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a violation of sex offender registration, violation of parole / probation and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
1:23 p.m.- Deontre Nathaniel Butts, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of West Carleton on two counts of child endangerment- no injury and a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 30 at 8:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dave Allen Rutledge, 47, Dysart, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on a warrant for failure toappear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Aug. 31
12:08 a.m.- Theron Dale Garcia, 25, Toledo, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on two warrants for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
12:38 p.m.- Erica Lynn Velez, 27, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of South State Street on a charge of 5th degree theft by Tama Police. Released at 4:32 p.m. after posting cash bond.
1:11 p.m.- Julio Cesar Razo-Aguilar, 25, rural Tama, arrested at Grandview and South Prospect drives, Toledo, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in premises, vehicle or dwelling, and warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear by Tama Police.
8:52 p.m.- Redmon Lee Keahna, 33, homeless, arrested at West 3rd and McClellan streets on charges of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault and possession of drug praphernalia by Tama Police.
Sept. 1
3:35 p.m.- Chelsea Ann Peddle, 35, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 blo of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. At 8:50 p.m. arrested on a second warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 6 at 7:35 p.m. after serving time.
Sept. 3
2:07 a.m.- Nickolas Jay Murty, 31, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 west, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released at 3:44 a.m. on surety bond.
3:39 p.m- John Michael Fry, 39, LeGrand, arrested in LeGrand on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 4 at 9:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Juvenile arrested at a location listed as Juvenile Referral on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.
