A special Back to School event is set for Tuesday, Sept. 12, from 4-6 p.m. at the Toledo Public Library, 206 East High St.

“One Smart Cookie” will feature spin the wheel for a chance ot win a prize, check out new library books, receive a bag with check out, do an activity with Iowa Public Television’s Stacie Steveson and chocolate chip cookies.

Best of all- it’s all free.
