Juvenile arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 west on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

9:48 p.m. – Shellie Lynn Everts, 38, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 17 at 5:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Aug. 17

9:30 a.m.- Robby Joe Anthofer, 50, Coon Rapids, arrested at Guthrie Center on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:15 a.m.- Ignacio Gallegos-Pech, 28, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 18 at 11:25 a.m. on unsecured bond.

1:17 p.m.- David Allen Rutledge, 47, Dysart, cited to court on a charge of 4th degree theft by the Dysart Police Department.
