1:28 a.m.- Stephanie Ann Blanchett, 39, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. 30 at Sisley Grove Road, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:26 a.m.- Amisi Luango, 46, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue of a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police.

4:10 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 33, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:50 p.m.- Austin Collin Fiebelkorn, 25, Marion, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:57 p.m.- Mark Allen Morris Sr., 51, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of south Willow street on a charge of domestic abuse assault- 3rd or subsequent offense by Toledo Police.

July 28

12:34 p.m.- Damon Edward Montano, 38, Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of domestic assault- choking / bodily injury, felon in control of firearm and possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

4:35 p.m.- Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 on three warrants for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.

5:43 p.m.- Kenneth Eugene Carroll III, 20, Gladbrook, arrested in the 600 block of east 2nd Street, Gladbrook, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 30

11:44 a.m.- Tina Larese Carson, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

12:33 p.m.- Jennifer Marie Mogler, 31, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

July 31

10:36 a.m.- Kevin Carl Zody, 41, Toledo, arrested in the 600 block of State Street, Tama, on a charge of disorderly conduct by Toledo Police.

3:15 p.m.- Terra Ann Powlistha, 59, Eldora, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Iowa Highway 175, Hudson, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 1

1:32 a.m.- Christopher Steven Davis Sr., 37, Traer, arrested in the 700 block of south Church street on a charge of 3rd degree burglary and at 1:49 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and two charges of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police.

9:30 a.m.- Kyra Barbara Spinler, 18, rural Tama, arrested in the 2400 block of 380th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of child endangerment- bodily injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 11:15 a.m.

4:23 p.m.- Wesley Douglas Patterson, 19, Lutcher, La., arrested in the 400 block of Jacob street, Chelsea, on two counts of 3rd degree burglary by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
