July 12

12:45 p.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 45, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 400 block of West Business Highway 30 on two warrants for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:38 p.m.- Rust Leanne Robinson, 37, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on July 13 at 1:20 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

3:52 p.m.- Daniel Lee Tuttle, 38, Tama, arrested at the Toledo Police Station on charges of disorderly conduct and driving under suspension by Toledo Police. Released on July 13 at 11:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

4:13 p.m.- Regina Da-Shawm Gray, 44, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West Business Highway 30 by Toledo Police.

7:12 p.m.- Zachariah Lewis Dostal, 34, rural Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West 44th Street on charges of stalking with a dangerous weapon, going armed with intent, 1st offense harassment and on a warrant by Tama Police.

July 13

11:36 p.m.- Zachariah Lewis Dostal, 34, rural Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo, on a charge of domestic abuse assault, 2nd or subsequent offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:47 p.m.- Thomas Jeremy Lopez, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at 11th and State streets on a charge of driving while barred by Tama Police. Released at 10:25 p.m. on surety bond.

July 16

7:23 a.m.- Danielle Marie Harding, 35, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 17 at 7:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.

July 17

11:35 a.m.- Theressa Teeann Gragg-Paffel, 57, Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 at 13th Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police.

1:29 p.m.- Bradley Mark Douglas, 36, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of 4th Street, Garwin, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:10 p.m.- Luis Gerardo Lugo, 20, El Paso, Texas, arrested in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on a charge of providing false identification to law enforcement by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 18 at 10:55 a.m. after pleading guilty.

July 18

10:30 p.m.- Loren Dale Johnson Jr., 37, rural Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of South Church Street, on a charge of 4th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on July 19 at 12:05 p.m. on a promise to appear.

July 19

8:45 a.m.- Chase Marcus Brown, 23, Marshalltown arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Shipped out on July 27 at 8:05 a.m.

July 20

11:15 a.m.- Katherine Jean Cupps, 55, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Noon- Ruben Davis Jr., 54, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of contempt, failure to pay fine, court costs by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 27 at 11:30 a.m. after serving time.

12:23 p.m.- Laura Lynn Brown, 54, Cedar Rapids, arrested at a location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

4 p.m.- Timothy John Bullard, 40, rural Tama, arrested at the Johnson County Jail, Iowa City, on a warrant for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:06 p.m.- Ellis Jessup Lasley, 18, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of East 7th Street on two counts of domestic assault- impede air / blood flow by Tama Police. Released on July 21 at 11:47 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 21

1:28 a.m.- Brodie Lee Clark, 21, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of north Main, Toledo, on two counts of prescription drug violation with a minor and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on July 26 at 3:01 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

7:24 p.m.- George Louis Passarelli, 37, Waterloo, arrested in the 400 block of 4th Street, Clutier, on a charge of driving while suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 22 at 12:16 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
