4:27 a.m.- Dirk Mitchell Boerm, 33, Toledo, arrested vin the 700 block of South Main on charges of disorderly conduct, interference with a correctional official and permitting minor to use alcohol by Toledo Police. Released ta 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 3

1:50 a.m.- Sarah Butler, 32, Waverly, arrested at the Meskwaki Casino, rural Tama, on charges of public intoxication- 3rd or subsequent offense, disorderly conduct, assault on a peace officer and interference with official acts by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
