3 p.m. – Christopher Steven Davis Sr., 37, Traer, arrested at the Poweshiek County Jail, Montezuma, on two counts of contempt of court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11 p.m.- Ignacio Gallegos-Pech, 28, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of South Church Street on a charge of driving while under suspension by Toledo Police. Released on June 28 at 10:21 p.m. after posting cash bond.

4:26 a.m.- Pamela Lynn Degner, 28, Toledo, arrested in the 1600 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and driver with open container alcohol in motor vehicle by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 2:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:20 a.m.- Miya Renee Smith, 20, Des Monies, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and V avenue, rural Vining, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving under suspension, false report to law enforcement and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 a.m.- Charles Robert Williams, 45, Hiawatha, Iowa, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on two counts of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 29

11:58 a.m.- Ernest Eugene Sam Jr., 36, rural Tama, arrested at Lutheran Hospital, Des Moines, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:30 p.m.- Michael Wayne Betts, 45, Marshalltown, arrested at LeGrand on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 30

12:49 a.m.- Felicia Dawn Baxter, 24, Ottumwa, arrested in the 1500 clock of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 4:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.
