The Tama County Fair Association will be having their annual Fair Challenge during the 2018 Tama County Fair. Anyone is eligible to enter. This year’s theme is “Recycle, Rescue, Restore, or Reuse.”

Take any old item and create a unique decoration or functional piece. A head board becomes a bench! Turn gameboard pieces into a clock! Use your imagination! Team up and work as a group, work all by yourself, or invite someone in your communities to get involved.

Creations must be brought to the fairgrounds on Monday July 16th, 3pm – 6pm. All Challenge entries will be auctioned off during the Opening Ceremonies on Tuesday July 17th. All proceeds will go to the Tama County Scholarship Fund. Creations will be displayed on the fairgrounds during the fair
