10:58 a.m.- Cody Daniel Smith, 37, Toledo, arrested at a location not noted on the Press Arrest Log for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:15 a.m.- Ivan Rodriguez-Jimenez, 26, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
May 12
4:04 a.m.- Joel Leonard Caughron, 38, Waterloo, arrested at B street and Business Highway 30 West on a charge of driving under suspension by Toledo Police. Released at 11:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.
10:24 p.m.- Jeffrey Lee Maus, 50, Neosho, Mo., arrested at Business Highway 30 and Taylor Drive on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on May 13 at 11:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
11:48 p.m.- Cambridge Alan Skaka, 21, rural Toledo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Tama County Road E64, rural Tama, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, driving without a license and speeding by Toledo Police. Released on May 13 ay 2:35 p.m. on surety bond.
May 13
6:44 p.m.- Phillip Tarrell Davis, 27, Marshalltown, arrested in the 600 block of Park Street on charges of public intoxication, obstructing prosecution, possession of controlled substance and on a warrant for violation of probation by Tama Police.
