10:29 a.m.- Dave Allen Rutledge, 46, Dysart, arrested at a location not noted in the Arrest Press Log on a charge of 1st degree fraudulent practice by Dysart Police.

6:29 p.m.- Tysin Victor Hale, 34, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of McClellan on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police.

11:02 p.m.- Leland James Starits, 54, Toledo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and 370th Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on May 9 at 9:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 200 block of West High Street on a charge of unauthorized use of a credit card by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

8:32 p.m.- Lauren Marie Chapman, 21, Garrison, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 18 at 12:55 p.m. on personal recognizance
