May 1

7:30 a.m.- Douglas Ray Tuttle, 40, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on s charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 2 at 1:45 p.m. after serving time.

8:44 p.m.- Celina Marie Victor, 21, rural Tama, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released on May 3 at 1:26 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 2

3:33 p.m.- Kathleen Amber Dolan, 26, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of East 9th Street on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on May 3 at 9:36 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:47 p.m.- William Bernard Hitchcock, 42, rural Traer, arrested in the 2500 block of Road D65 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office p.m. a charge of 3rd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 3 at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

May 3

2:15 p.m.- Tedlana Jo Halverson, 53, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:43 p.m.- Annette Yvonne Sexton, 44, Waterloo, arrested in the 2400 block of U.S. Highway 63, rural Toledo, on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released om ay 6 at 7 p.m. to serve weekends.

May 4

10:51 a.m.- Victor Arquis Garcia, 20, rural Tama, arrested on the 100 block of East Carleton, on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 3:35 p.m.

11:36 a.m.- Hoonch Penashe Cleveland, 34, Winnebago, Neb., arrested in the 200 block of East 13th Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.

3:30 p.m.- Jerry Dennis Martin, 72, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of North Division Street, Montour, on a charge of violation of parole / probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
