April 23

11:22 a.m.- Ervin Ray Dewalt Sr., 24, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 24 at 9:32 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 24

10 a.m.- Ramon Jesus Mora, 18, Marshalltown, arrested in Meskwaki Tribal court on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 1 at 9:05 p.m. after serving time.

11:15 a.m.- Jermaine Claude Spencer, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 27 at 1:50 p.m. on surety bond.

5:54 p.m.- Levi Cruz Troxell, 22, Tama, arrested in the 800 block of Grant street on a charge of consumption / intoxication, 3rd or subsequent offense by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on May 3 at 2:55 p.m. 8:30 p.m.- Jeremy Ryan Wegner, 41, Keystone, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo on a a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:48 p.m.- Dave Allen Rutledge, 46, Dysart, arrested at a location not noted on the Press Arrest Log on a warrant for failure to appear by Dysart Police. Released on apri l25 at 10:05 a..m on personal recognizance bond.

April 25

8:50 a.m.= Theron Dale Garcia, 24, Toledo, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on three warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Three juveniles arrested in the 110 block of Main Street on charges of trespassing and possession of tobacco under age by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

April 26

7 a.m.- Joseph Robert Sanders, 37, Grinnell, arrested at Iowa Highway 21 and County Road 212, rural Belle Plaine on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:08 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7 a.m.- Nicholas Lee Davis, Dept. of Corrections, Coralville, arrested at the Ft. Dodge Correctional Facility on two warrants for failure to appear

April 28

12:22 p.m.- Ren Verlyn Corral, 25, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Edgewood drive, rural Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on april 30 at 11:35 a.m.

Juvenile arrested in the 1700 block of State Street on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

11:44 p.m.- Rose Mary Dietrich, 30, Elberon, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 at M Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on april 29 at 10:31 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

April 29

3:50 a.m.- Alexis Garcia, 22, Des Moines, arrested in the 100 block of East 1st Street on a charge of 2nd offense public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 11:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.

April 30

Madison Diane Kidd, 20, Stratford, Iowa, arrested at the Hamilton County Jail, Webster City on a charge of failure to appear, a warrant for failure to appear and two additional warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 4 at 3:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

1:10 p.m.- Ronnie edward Roberts Sr., 47, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released on May 3 at 3:30 p.m. after serving time.

10:41 p.m.- Joseph Alexander Gilchrist, 29, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2800 block of C Avenue, rural Garwin, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
