April 6
7:54 p.m.- Keith Edrick Mitchell, 61, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Release on April 12 at 23 p.m. after serving time.
April 7
4 p.m.- Michael Joseph Jones, 43, Toledo, arrested at Business Highway 30 at South Broadway on charges of driving under suspension and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police.
5:03 p.m.- Cody Daniel Smith, 27, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of North Center Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Transferred on April 12 at 11:55 p.m.
April 8
2:10 a.m.- Jerald Allan Collins, 55, Maxwell, Iowa, arrested in the 1300 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
2:59 a.m.- Daniel Sergey Jacobs, 30, rural Tama, arrested at 340th Street and U.S. Highway 63, rural Tama, on a charge of driving without a license. released at 9:36 a.m. after pleading guilty.
11:55 a.m.- Allison Louise Sayre, 36, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of Iowa Avenue, Marshalltown, on a charge of robbery – assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on April 19 ay 11:40 a.m.
April 9
3:25 p.m.- Bradley Mark Douglas, 36, Traer, arrested in the 500 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. transferred at 5 p.m.
April 10
Osman Abukar Hassan, 35, Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on charges of willful injury causing serious injury, tampering with a witness and false imprisonment by Tama Police.
