April 3

10:17 a.m.- Bradley James Johnson, 27, Grinnell, arrested in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

April 5

3:13 a.m.- Aaron Louis Scheidegger, 22, Ankeny, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway at H Avenue on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 2:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:22 p.m.- Patricia Diane Benters, 36, Shellsburg, Iowa, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 7 ay 7:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

April 6

2:35 a.m.- Victor Arquis Garcia, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 3900 block of Iowa Highway 146, Gilman, on two charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, eluding- injury drunken driving offense, drunken driving, failure to maintain control of vehicle, reckless driving, eight counts of failure to obey stop / yield sign, passing on grade or hill, five counts of turn signal violation, four charges of speeding, three charges of excessive speed on bridge and careless driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:32 p.m.- Brady David Silberger, 21, Vinton, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:32 p.m. Brady David Silberger, 21, Vinton, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo,on charges of 1st degree burglary, assault while participating in a felony – no injury and going armed with intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:55 p.m. on surety bond.
