11:50 p.m.- Julio Cesar Razo-Aguilar, 25, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 Expressway and H Avenue on a charge of driving while license suspended and a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 31 at 2:10 a.m. on surety bond.

Jan. 31

1:55 a.m.- Jessica Beatriz Merida, 25, rural Tama, arrested in the 1700 block of Harding, Tama, on charges of driving without a license, vehicle insurance violation and failure to carry registration card by Toledo Police. Released at 10:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:53 a.m.- Alicia Henrietta Lucas, 40, Waterloo, arrested at Business Highway 30 and East 9th Street, Tama, on a charge of driving while license is suspended by Toledo Police. Released at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:30 p.m.- Michael Bryant Frazier, 30 , Marshalltown, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of 3rd degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 6:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Feb. 1

7 a.m.- Brian Michael Hambley, 34, Waterloo, arrested at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center, Oakdale, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary- vehicle, 2nd offense, two counts of 3rd degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. transferred on Feb. 2 at 1:41 p.m.

5:35 p.m.- Carmen Judith Ruiz Rivera, 26, Ponce, Puerto Rico, arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on a charge of domestic assault – bodily injury by Tama Police. Released on Feb. 2 at 11:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

10:10 p.m.- Beverly Mae Strong, 66, Montezuma, arrested at 400 Street and U.S. Highway 63 on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Feb. 3

12:36 a.m.- Carlos Alberto Esparza, 30, Toledo, arrested at Church and High streets on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released atr 9:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
