10:30 a.m.- Jazmin Ruiz-Romero, 25, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Wilson Street on a charge of domestic assault – bodily injury Tama Police. Released on Jan. 3 at 7:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.

7:30 p.m.- Carlos Bolanos-Sanchez, 40, Tama, arrested in the 500 block of West 8th Street on three counts of abandon / neglect of dependent persons, three counts of domestic abuse assault – bodily injury and child endangerment – bodily injury by Tama Police.

7:10 p.m. – Brent Joseph Thomson, 33, Newton, arrested at the Jasper County Jail, Newton, on charges of tampering with a witness or juror, violation of a no contact order, two warrants and five counts of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:05 p.m.- Deven Ray Spinks, 27, Tama, arrested in court in Toledo on three counts of failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:30 p.m.- Brent Joseph Thompson, 33, Newton, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in the 400 block of south Broadway on charges of assault causing bodily injury and interference with official acts by Toledo Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

9:30 a.m.- Kolby James Starits, 24, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:38 a.m.- Jacob Michael Knowles, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 9 at 1:10 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

3:42 p.m.- Loduska Beatrice Sauer, 38, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of prostitution, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 11 at 2:10 p.m. on surety bond.
