Dec. 25

3:30 p.m.- Maurice Garrett Shade, 37, Des Moines, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 26 at 2:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

7:44 p.m.- Jeymi Rivas-Sarabia, 29, Waterloo, arrested at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Hampton, on charges of failure to use child restraint device, driving without a license and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Dec. 26 at 2:43 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:30 a.m.- Nathaniel Dean Lowrey, 31, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

11:07 a.m.- Nathaniel Dean Lowery, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 8 at 2:40 p.m. after serving time.

Dec. 27

3:50 a.m.- Rebecca Lynn Benson, 33, Grinnell, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:38 p.m.- Deven Ray Spinks, 27, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on three charges of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:05 p.m.- Deantis Daquan Montgomery, 32, Waterloo, arrested in Waterloo on a charge of disorderly conduct and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

3:10 p.m.- Theresa Lin Evans, 49, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of east Carleton Street on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. transferred at 4:46 p.m.

4:39 p.m.- Crystal Cardona, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in the 26 block of S. 1st Avenue, Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 28 at 1 p.m. after pleading guilty.

8:40 p.m.- Shannon Danielle Haines, 32, Toledo, arrested at Business Highway 30 at Oakland Drive, Tama, on charges of driving under suspension and fraudulent use of registration by Toledo Police. Released at 10:03 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Dec. 28

7 a.m.- Ashley Marie Yoemans, 32, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of West High Street on a charge of 4th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 28 at 12:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:15 a.m.- Justin Dennis Beckman, 42, Marshalltown, arrested at the Oakdale Correctional Facility, Coralville on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:55 a.m.- Christopher Wayne Haller, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on four charges of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police.

2:55 p.m.- Scott Alan Stephens, 38, Traer, arrested at 9th and Walnut streets, Traer, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving while barred and violation of restricted license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:30 p.m. on surety bond.
