10:57 a.m.- Melissa Ann Workman, 38, rural Gladbrook, arrested in the 300 block of West 2nd Avenue on charges of 5th degree theft and driving while license suspended by Toledo Police. Released at 12:37 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 12

6:05 a.m.- Asia Renae Roberts, 23, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:15 a.m.- Nathan Eugene Priske, 39, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:15 p.m.- Crystal Cardona, 29, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway at Tama County Road T47 on a charge of 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:20 p.m. on surety bond.

7:13 p.m.- Gabriel Louis Garcia, 18, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of terms of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 13

11:30 a.m.- Nathaniel Dean Lowrey, 31, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 20 at 12:15 p.m. after serving time.

3:42 p.m.- Gilbert Mendez Alvarez, 50, Garwin, arrested in the 2500 block of Abbott Avenue, rural Garwin, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 14 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Dec. 14

11:15 a.m.- Lauren Marie Chapman, 20, Garrison, arrested in the 300 block of B Street on a charge of possession of controlled substance by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 15 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:30 a.m.- Joseph Ross King, 35, Toledo, arrested at Business Highway 30 and Oakland Drive on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, vehicle insurance violation and speeding by Tama Police.

Dec. 15

3:47 a.m.- Elvira Lizabeth Gonzalez, 32, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, possession of controlled substance, driving while barred and operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 21 at 3:30 p.m. after serving time.

8:44 a.m.- Clifton Grubbs, 38, Waterloo, arrested at South Main and Mowery streets, Traer, on charges of driving under suspension, speeding and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:49 a.m.- Joseph Ross King, 35, Toledo, arrested in court on a charge of driving while barred by Toledo Police.

3:35 p.m.- Sally Ann Forrester, 67, Tama, arrested in the 1000 bloke of McClellan Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 16 at 9:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
