1:10 p.m.- Loren Dale Johnson Jr., 36, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 30 West on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 6 at 10:12 a.m. after pleading guilty.
9 p.m.- Levi Cruz Troxell, 22, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of consumption – intoxication – 3rd or subsequent offense and disorderly conduct by Tama Police.
Dec. 8
9:41 a.m.- Jeremy Shaun Beaderstadt, 39, Marshalltown, cited by court on a charge of drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:35 p.m.- Keith Allen Annis, 67, Oelwein, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Dec. 9 at 12:15 a.m. after posting cash bond.
11:02 p.m.- Ceisha Rose Vanwey, 26, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 West, Toledo, on charges of controlled substance violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, drunken driving, and two counts of child endangerment – no injury by the Iowa State Patrol.
Dec. 9
Juvenile arrested in the 100 block of Hall Street on a charge of 3rd degree burglary by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.
5:52 p.m.- Gabriel Louis Garcia, 18, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Hall Street on charges of 3rd degree burglary, possession of controlled substance and contributing to the delinquency of a minor by Tama Police.
