9:35 p.m.- Sebastian Mejia-De La Cruz, 26, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 30 West on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving.

9:55 p.m.- Elizabeth Andrade, 31, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of State Street on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police.

11:58 p.m.- Austyn William Phinney, 22, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1300 block of McClellan on charges of driving while license suspended and operating a non-registered vehicle by Tama Police. Released on Dec. 4 at 2:05 a.m. after posting cash bond.
