11:20 p.m.- Shane Michael Jensen, 20, Marshalltown, arrested in LeGrand on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:15 p.m.- Morgan Kae Bandy, 24, Lincoln, arrested in the 100 block of Lincoln Street, Lincoln, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:51 p.m.- Stormy Rae Dawn Holstein, 22, Omaha, Neb., arrested in the 1000 block of U.S. Highway 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, possession of controlled substance and speeding by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 27 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:48 a.m.- Benito Alejandro Trevino, 28, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.Transferred at 10 a.m.

Nov. 29

1:15 p.m.- Heather Lynn Cole, 41, Des Moines, arrested at the Altoona Police Department, on five warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office, three charges of 5th degree theft, two counts of 5th degree fraudulent practice, and charges of forgery and 3rd degree theft by Toledo Police and 5th degree theft by Tama Police.

Nov. 30

3 a.m.- Kolby James Starits, 24, Waterloo, arrested at the Linn County Jaiol, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:39 p.m.- Trudi Ann Mathes, 35, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on dec. 1 at 11:45 a.m. after serving time.

1:56 p.m.- Christopher John Cochran, 50, Traer cited by court on seven charges of 3rd degree harassment filed by by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:55 p.m.- Christopher Wayne Haller, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 1

12″20 p.m.- Travis Ryan Dolash, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of West State Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.

4:40 p.m.- Dave Allen Rutledge, 46, Dysart, charged at an unrecorded location for disorderly conduct by Dysart Police.
