4:59 p.m.- Erin Kristine Duffy, 29, Van Horne, arrested in the 500 block of South Main on a charge of criminal trespassing by Toledo Police. Released on Nov. 7 at 9:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

5:09 p.m.- Tanner Boone Bartlett, 27, Laurel, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 1st degree harassment by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 7 p.m. after posting cash bond.

3:53 p.m.- Zachary Carter Benjamin Colton, 24, Chelsea, arrested in the 400 block of 2nd street, Traer, on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:49 p.m.- Christopher Wayne Haller, 32, Toledo, arrested at South Broadway and Grace streets on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Toledo Police and a warrant for violation of terms of probation and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 p.m.- Lonnie Douglas Poweshiek, 50, rural Montour, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway and N Avenue on a charge of driving while under suspension by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 8:41 p.m. after posting cash bond.
