Nov. 3
11:25 a.m.- Jesse Mario Martinez, 44, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on two counts of criminal trespassing and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:35 a.m.- Tysin Hale Victor, 34, rural Garwin, arrested in the 1600 block of Harding Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 8 at 4:35 p.m. after serving time.
12:55 p.m.- Debra Rae Sadler, 55, Grinnell, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
2:25 p.m.- Elmer Abel Maldonado, 27, Toledo, arrested in the 1600 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
2:53 p.m.- Dakota Robert McFatridge, 24, Montezuma, arrested at the Poweshiek County Jail, Montezuma, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Nov. 4
1:07 a.m.- Levi Cruz Troxell, 22, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of McClellan on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 8 at 4:25 p.m. after serving time.
Nov. 5
6:43 p.m.- Douglas Eugene Weir, 62, rural Gilman, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of prostitution by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
10:15 p.m.- Brandon James Nie, 24, Tama arrested at 4th and State streets on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on Nov. 6 at 1:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
