12:18 p.m.- Reis Stanley Hauser, 35, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.

2:39 p.m.- Christopher Wayne Hauser, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 2500 block of 320th Street, rural Chelsea, on charges of obstruction prosecution defense and violation of restricted license by Toledo Police. Released on a promise to appear.

Nov. 2

10 a.m.- Nicholas Lee Davis, 24, Oakdale, Iowa, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office and on charges of possession a controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10 a.m.- Jessica Renea Darrah, 31, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
