4:30 p.m.- Timithy Wayne Henson, 50, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of 2nd Street, Traer, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Nov. 16 at 10:27 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Oct. 17

1:04 a.m.- Erik Lee Head, 26, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of State Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police.

1:15 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 33, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30, Tama, on three warrants for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Oct. 19

11:20 a.m.- Christopher Wayne Haller, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of South East Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing and two counts of possession of a controlled substance by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 20 at 10:35 a.m. on a promise to appear.

2:19 p.m.- Horacio David Shadden, 21, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:54 p.m. on surety bond.

3:40 p.m.- Torin Lee Ward, 30, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of willful injury causing bodily injury, 2nd degree harassment and interference with official acts by Tama Police and two warrants and a third warrant for violation of probation by the
