9:57 a.m.- Willis Wade Wrase-Lasley, 37, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 4:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:22 p.m.- Macie Kae Medina, 22, Tama, arrested at South County Road and West Summit Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury. Released on Oct. 4 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:17 a.m.- Tysin Victor Hall, 33, Tama, arrested at West 14th and Harding streets on a charge of driving while license suspended and on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released at 10:17 a.m. after pleading guilty.

12:30 p.m.- Nathaniel Dean Lowrey, 31, Boone, arrested at the Boone County Jail, Boone, on a charge of violation of a no contact order-contempt and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 5 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:30 a.m.- Justin Dennis Beckman, 42, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:55 a.m.- Daniel Wesley Davis Jr., 52, Des Moines, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:33 a.m.- Stephanie Renee Banwart, 48, Mt. Vernon, arrested in the 3000 block of U.S. 30, Toledo, on a charge of driving while barred and speeding by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Released at 2:15 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

4:35 p.m.- Levi Troxell Cruz, 22, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of McClellan on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 12 at 12:05 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:42 p.m.- Ilana Kani Hoag, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of springs road on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:35 p.m. on surety bond.

Oct. 6

Jeffrey William Parson, 31, Elberon, arrested at 1st Avenue and Railroad Street, Elberon, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on a charge of threat of terrorism by Tama Police. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

7:10 p.m.- James Robert Mendenhall, 48, Manly, Iowa, arrested at Business Highway 30 and South Church Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 7 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
