12:23 a.m.- Patrick John Kearney, 53, Toledo, arrested in the 1200 block of East 8th Street on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 13 at 4:39 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:31 p.m.- Jeffrey Ray Flowers, 45, State Center, arrested at LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 10 at 4:11 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 600 block of Walnut Street on a charge of simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.

1:59 a.m.- Robert James Hall, 42, Waterloo, was arrested in the 500 block of North Street, Traer, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:32 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

12:55 p.m.- Allison Louise Sayre, 36, Marshalltown, arrested at East Anson and Center streets, Marshalltown, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 4:25 p.m. on cash bond.

2 p.m.- Daniel Yerena-Morales, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 12 at 3:41 p.m. on surety bond.

9:35 a.m.- Daniel Yerena-Morales, 25, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant and charge of failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 3:41 p.m. on surety bond.

10:35 a.m.- Angel Marie Pena, 33, Marshalltown, arrested at 2nd and Center streets, Clutier on charges of driving while license denied or revoked, p2nd offense possession of a controlled substance and failure to display registration plate by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:24 p.m.- Christopher John Cochran, 49, Traer, arrested in the 900 block of Mill Street, traer, on a charge of indecent exposure and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:10 p.m. on cash bond.

10:30 p.m.- Brandi Deann Smith, 38, Hornbeak, Tenn., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of providing false identification to law enforcement and 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Oct. 13 at 11:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:37 p.m.- Joshua Allen Patterson, 28, Hornbeak, Tenn., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of providing false identification to law enforcement and violation of parole / probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Oct. 13

11:30 a.m.- Timothy Allan MacKey 60, Cedar Rapids, cited in court on a charge of failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:20 p.m.- Jeremy Michael Herbert, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of south County Road on a charge off 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released at 6:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Oct. 14

11:35 a.m.- Zachary Carter Benjamin Colton, 24, Chelsea, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:15 p.m.- John Steven Hansen, 23, Elkhorn, Neb., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Released on Oct. 15 at 4:15 a.m. after posting cash bond.

10:37 p.m.- Chad LeRoy Butrick, 36, Ft. Dodge, arrested at the Ft.. Dodge Police Department on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
