9:20 a.m.- Jovian Vernon Jefferson, 28, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of probation / parole by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2 p.m.- Joseph Brian Thompson, 45, Des Moines arrested at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 28

10:10 a.m.- Richard Lee Shogren, 32, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of forgery, unauthorized use of a credit card under the amount of $1,000, theft in the 3rd degree and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:59 a.m.- Cody Allyn Williams, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 400 block of Springs Road, rural Tama, on a warrant for 5th degree theft in the amount under $200 by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 29 at 11:39 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:30 a.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 24, Montour, arrested during an appearance in court on a charge of possession of controlled substance and 4th degree theft by Tama Police.

Sept. 30

2:17 a.m.- Robert Lamar Florence, 44, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Business Highway 30 West on charges of public intoxication, driving while license denied / revoked, fraudulent use of registration and 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released at 12:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5:15 a.m.- Richard Alan VandeWalle, 58, Grinnell, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact order – contempt by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:15 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Oct. 1

11:8 a.m.- Brian Wayne Skidds, 38, Toledo, arrested in the 1100 block of South Prospect Drive on charges of public intoxication, assault causing bodily injury, two counts of disorderly conduct, obstructing prosecution and harassment of a public official / employee by Toledo Police.

Oct. 2

9 a.m.- David Brock Lemke, 65, Kellogg, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Mian, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
