Sept. 24

10:09 p.m.- Brendan Scott Quigley, 23, Colins, arrested in the 1000 block of Oswego on a charge of driving while under suspension by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 25 at 10:48 p.m. after pleading guilty.

10:50 p.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 45, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing, rural Toledo on two counts of violation of probation by the Department of Correctional Services.

Sept. 25

12:47 a.m.- Tysin Victor Hale, 33, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Siegel on a charge of diving while under suspension by Tama Police. Released at 1:54 a.m. after posting cash bond.

2:49 p.m.- Jose German Hernandez-Martinez, 35, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of forgery by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Release on Sept. 26 at 2:57 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Sept. 26

9:05 a.m.- Dylan Shawn Ward, 24, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West High, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:50 p.m. on surety bond.
