Sept. 12

5:50 a.m.- Barry Bruce Evans, 44, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:30 a.m. on surety bond.

Sept. 13

10:30 a.m.- Brenton James Roberts, 36, Tama, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Sept. 14

3:05 p.m.- Christopher Douglas Stamp, 34, Gladbrook, arrested in the 100 block of Eats Carleton on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released at 4:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Sept. 15

12:01 a.m.- David Michael Keidel, 74, Cedar Falls, was arrester on charges of homicide by motor vehicle, serious injury by vehicle and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 12:45 p.m. after posting cash bond.

7:08 a.m.- Charles Bennett Huffman, 38, Clutier, arrested in the 300 block of 3rd Street, Clutier, on charges of willful injury causing bodily injury and obstructing emergency communications and on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:22 p.m.- Dana Michael Graff, 36, Tama arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police. Released at 8:05 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Sept. 17

Travis Michael Hatch, 33, Gladbrook, arrested in the 200 block of High Street, Lincoln, on a charge of domestic abuse assault – 3rd or subsequent offense and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Sept. 18 at 11:07 a.m.

7:17 p.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 24, Montour, arrested in the 300 block of East Lincoln Highway, Montour, on a charge of 2nd degree theft by Tama Police. Released at 10:22 p.m. on surety bond.

Sept. 18

6:37 p.m.- Gabriel Louise Garcia, 18, Tama, arrested at the Tama Police Department on charges of 1st degree burglary, 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police.
